In our hectic modern world many people are taking ‘time out’ to practice yoga.

You may be drawn to yoga for health and fitness, or be seeking relief for a specific physical condition. You might want help with managing stress.


This is a gentle, basic yoga class suitable for beginners. Everyone can practice yoga, regardless of age, sex or ability.

Expect a slower-paced stretching-focused class with some basic breathing exercises and relaxation at the end.

Hatha classes are a good place to work on your alignment, learn relaxation techniques, while building strength and flexibility


By making yoga a part of your daily or weekly routine, you may become aware of subtle changes in your approach to life. In your yoga class you may well begin to glimpse a state of inner peace...your true Nature

Class description


Yoga is a great way to stay fit in both mind and body! It is a practice which provides stress relief and cultivates a greater sense of wellbeing. It can help to keep you stay youthful and happy as you learn to centre your mind and expand your body beyond its current limits.

This class is a mixture of static and dynamic postures. Each block has a unique focus related to yoga philosophy and postures (asanas). It is suitable for all levels promising to leave you stretched out and relaxed!
